The platform may have changed its API. Try updating the app to the latest version. If the issue persists, copy the link, paste it again, and try the download. Some private or age-restricted videos cannot be downloaded.
Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VidSave → Cancel subscription. You will keep Premium access until the end of the billing period.
Open VidSave → Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your purchase with Google Play. Make sure you are signed into the same Google account used for the purchase. If the problem continues, email us with your order ID.
By default, videos are saved to the Downloads folder. You can change the save location in Settings → Save Folder. You can choose Downloads, Movies, Music, or DCIM.
Yes. Paste the link of any public post into VidSave and tap Download. Note: VidSave does not support downloading from YouTube.
VidSave does not collect or store any personal data on external servers. Download history and preferences stay entirely on your device. We use Google AdMob for ads (free users) and Google Play Billing for subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings → App Lock and enable the toggle. Your device must support fingerprint or face unlock. Once enabled, the app will require biometric authentication every time you open it.
All subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests should be submitted through Google Play's refund process at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
